Here’s my favorite recipe for a healthy & delicious protein smoothie, which I had this morning. I love this combination of flavours!
♥ 1/2 Cup Organic Frozen Raspberries
♥ 1/4 Cup Vanilla Greek Yogourt
♥ 1 Tsp Flaxseed Oil
♥ 1/2 Scoop Chocolate Protein Powder
♥ A Few Splashes of Orange Juice
QUICK TIP: Keep frozen organic berries (or chunks of mango & bananas) in your freezer at all times so that making a smoothie is quick & easy! Frozen organic fruit is readily available in most supermarkets these days & worth the extra $$ you may have to pay!
