Recipe Inspiration: Hot Artichoke Parmesan Dip

I made this lusciously decadent Artichoke Parmesan Dip, that I brought to my beautiful friend’s bridal shower, to serve as an appetizer & it was a hit! This is an elegant & easy appetizer for entertaining, especially during the fall & winter months, when you are simply craving for warm & comforting dishes. This dip can be stunningly impressive with a pretty platter dressed with pita, sourdough or ritzy crackers! Divine!

Hot Parmesan Artichoke Dip {Makes 3 Cups}
14oz Can Artichoke Hearts {I used the marinated ones because I had them in my fridge, but you can use the canned variety as well} ♥ 1/2 Cup Sour Cream♥ 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise ♥ 1/2 Cup + 2 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese ♥ 3 Tbsp Gourmet du Village Hot Parmesan Artichoke Dip Seasoning Mix {The Best!}
Preheat oven to 350F. Chop the artichoke hearts in a bowl. Mix remaining ingredients together with the artichokes. Transfer to a heat proof baking dish {I used my beautiful Brie Baker}. Top with 2 tbsp of Parmesan Cheese. Bake for 20 mins. Serve warm & enjoy!
P&C Note: Make sure you squeeze any excess liquid from the artichokes before mixing with the other ingredients, so the dip doesn’t turn out too watery.
