Putting on the Ritz!

My lovely and always fashionable friend, Ms. J, and I had lunch last week at TOCA—the signature restaurant of The Ritz-Carlton, Toronto. TOCA exudes an elegantly contemporary flair with farm-to-table ingredients studded with so many exciting flavours that it is sure to excite even the most discerning palate. It was a great lunch affair right from the Cheese Cave experience gleaming {and smelling!} with amazing delights to the last sinfully sweet morsel of sticky toffee pudding with salted caramel {it was heavenly!}. It was fabulous to end my week with a decadent and upscale lunch {that’s how Ms. J and I do things ;)}!
Needless to say this restaurant received my emphatic stamp of approval! Here’s what we indulged in {don’t be too jealous!}:

TOCA L.B.L.T. {Yarmouth Lobster, Peameal Bacon, Tarragon Pretzel Bread}, West Coast Fish Cakes {Ramp Tartar Sauce & Cookstown Slaw} & Sweet Potato Fries
The Cheese Cave {I had an intense and loving moment in here, especially when I sampled the Oak Gouda!}
Apple Streusel Tart & Sticky Toffee Pudding with Salted Caramel
